To reset your own password
- From your Zendesk login page, click the Forgot your password prompt from the login screen. You'll get an email and a link. Click the link and reset your password.
- Alternatively in Sell, click the Settings icon (
), then select Preference > Profile - Click Edit Profile.
A new window opens for the Zendesk Admin Center.
- In the Admin Center, click Change password.
- Type your current password, then your new password, and confirm your new password.
- Click Change password.
Your new password is saved. You'll receive an email notifying you that your password was changed.
