To reset your own password

  1. From your Zendesk login page, click the Forgot your password prompt from the login screen. You'll get an email and a link. Click the link and reset your password.
  2. Alternatively in Sell, click the Settings icon (), then select Preference > Profile
  3. Click Edit Profile.

    A new window opens for the Zendesk Admin Center.

  4. In the Admin Center, click Change password.
  5. Type your current password, then your new password, and confirm your new password.
  6. Click Change password.

    Your new password is saved. You'll receive an email notifying you that your password was changed.
